Seahouses is a traditional heritage fishing village situated on the Northumberland coastal path.
Offering a range of amenities from local shops, pubs and restaurants, as well as being the gateway to the Farne Islands offering boat trips to see some of the country’s most spectacular wildlife.
Four miles from the infamous Bamburgh castle and within walking distance of miles of spectacular coastline, the area offers a wealth of majestic castles and outdoor adventures.

Cozy & homely cottage in the perfect location. Comfy beds, fluffy towels and a nice little welcome pack including tea, coffee and bickies. (There was also a mini milk in the fridge & doggy treats.) Only minutes walk from pier & small sandy beach, a supermarket, and coffee shop. Very convenient with a nearly 4 year old and 8 month old. The perfect (just outside of season) Easter break with our little family. We can’t wait to visit again

We stayed at Guillemot Cottage and were delighted with its home comforts and welcoming feel. Our young grandson was particularly happy to find two lovely blue seals in his room! It was our first visit to the North East and Seahouses was a brilliant base to explore the wonderful coastline and castles. A week wasn’t enough so we will have to find time to go again.

We had the most magical time staying at cottage Guillemot last week. The place is just perfect, very much a home from home. We ate at the Potted Lobster, drank beers in the local pub and enjoyed the most unbelievable beaches. Can't recommend enough. If you're looking for a cosy staycation, look no more. Thanks to Robbie and Rachel for making our holiday so relaxing.
